The 18th Annual Ottawa Emerald Ball, held this year at the Chateau Laurier, is a fundraising initiative by the Ireland Fund of Canada (IFOC).The goal of the IFOC, together with its 10 worldwide sister organizations, is to unite the aspirations of the Irish Diaspora, a global community of more than 70 million, and to translate their interests and ancestry into constructive change for Ireland.
