A private ceremony was held at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute to witness the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Le Cordon Bleu International and Carleton University. The two institutions are collaborating in the development of Academic and Research programs. Two degrees will be offered by Carleton University starting Fall 2009: a Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition Science and a Master of Arts in Gastronomy. |
