Bistro Cordon Bleu is a new fine dining application restaurant located in Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute. Under the direction of the supervising master chef instructor, the Bistro is operated by the Institute’s students. The Bistro is an alternative for those who desire a fine dining experience, yet do not want to incur the full extent of its associated cost.
